At First Lady Permanente Education Center, our mission is to empower individuals with the education and skills needed to succeed in healthcare. We offer a wide range of programs designed to meet the diverse needs of aspiring and current healthcare professionals. Our hands-on approach, paired with experienced instructors, ensures that every student receives personalized attention and guidance throughout their educational journey.

How It Started
Founded in 2008, First Lady Permanente Education Center has become the largest healthcare education provider in the Central Valley. As an authorized American Heart Association Training Center, we proudly offer a wide range of certificate courses, from HeartSaver to Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). We also provide specialized training programs in partnership with the Emergency Nurses Association (TNCC, ENPC) and offer IV Therapy and Blood Withdrawal courses through the Board of Vocational Nursing & Psychiatric Technicians.
In 2017, First Lady Permanente expanded to include college-level medical and nursing programs, meeting the demand for skilled healthcare professionals in the community. Our Turlock campus offers essential programs such as Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B), Phlebotomy Technician (CPT-1), and Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), with Vocational Nursing (LVN) coming soon. Each program includes hands-on training at premier clinical sites, equipping students to confidently enter the healthcare workforce and make a positive impact on their communities.
